Saw The Zombies end of last year in London, Colin Bluntstone in superb form, a couple of the Rod Argent rock anthem type numbers passed me by a little but rest of the gig was fine. |

Allan, can you feel my envy vibes? They've been streaming out since you posted this, so they should be reaching you by now...

Well I won't be seeing them cause it's too far away, but for you good SoCal folk, there's a great band from out my way over in your playground this weekend, called Dead Meadow. Cool article from OC Weekly: http://www.ocweekly.com/music/music/black-cloud-overhead/25693/ They're playing Saturday @ Alex's Bar in Long Beach and Sunday at the "F#<% Yeah Fest" in Echo Park. Highly recommended! -Jon |

Lee, I went to see ramblin jack elliot in may it was a great night jack told a lot of storys he talked more than he played but it was interesting the songs he did play were great he always told a story before he played a song, well worth going to see a lot better than a bob dylan concert |

aldo, Yeah, I actually hung out, for a moment, with Jack and Arlo, back in the 80's. He is a great story teller.
And, tsk, tsk, old man, we try not to say any discouraging words about Bob Dylan. But, I dig where you're coming from. Peace.

I'm going to see them in Leeds, UK. Despite my nickname, and my love for Californian music, I am not American. I come from Northern England. Where it rains. A lot. |
