Message from The Love Band

The want to thank everyone for coming to the shows and want to tell you all how appreciative they are of every single person who has turned up, unaware of what has been happening, and decided to stay. It has been noticed that, throughout the tour, more and more people have been staying for the shows as 'word has got out' about why it is worth staying.

The band want to also remind people back home in LA that they will not be home until after 20th July so if you have any messages for them please do not call their home numbers until then.

Mike would also like to remind people that leaving harrassing messages is a felony. Hint, hint.

They hope everyone can make the rescheduled London gig on Thursday and the gigs in Devon and Cornwall the rest of this week.

The details of the US tour will be announced within a few weeks as some of the venues may be switched. Watch this space for further announcements.

After the horrendous bombing today in London today, it is not surprising that the gig has been been postponed till next week, Thursday 14th. All tickets for tonight will, obviously, be valid for next week.

Dear friends of LOVE,
As you may or may not know, Arthur is not on the current U.K./Europe tour.
This put the band (including original LOVE guitarist Johnny Echols) and LOVE's management and Promoters in a very bad position.
Unfortunately, due to advance costs (bus, airfare, etc)and deposits the band really had no alternative BUT to do this tour. With the exception of one cancellation (Shrewsbury, July 2, due to Live 8's effect on ticket sales) and one gig
being moved (Cambridge to Darlington, July 5 at the Forum, 8pm £10, 01325363135,www.theforumonline.co.uk), all the other venues have stood behind us, knowing that we LOVE playing the music for you and relish the opportunity to play songs from the cat5alog that havn't been performed in years. Your support means everything to us and we look forward to seeing you at one of these shows, God willing and if the creek doesn't rise!
