CLOUDS AND DREAMS: THE MUSIC OF
GENE CLARK

FROM MYSTERY TRAIN RADIO:
"Coming soon – Tuesday 15/01/19 at 10PM (UK) –

We are thrilled guest presenter, podcaster and archivist Indigo Mariana (@neon_brambles on Twitter) has agreed to host a special 2 hour program focusing on the music of Gene Clark, Gene famed for his work in The Byrds, Dillard & Clark and The New Christy Minstrels. Gene went on to release a number of superb solo albums too, including the seminal 1974 LP ‘No Other’. Perhaps though, it’s his pioneering work within American band The Byrds that is most well known. Gene was The Byrds main songwriter between 1964 and early 1966 penning such classics as ‘I’ll Feel A Whole Lot Better’, ‘Set You Free This Time’ and ‘She Don’t Care About Time’. Although commercial solo success alluded him, Gene’s incredible gift for songwriting has rightly earned him legions of fans. Neon Brambles will showcase the many sides of Gene Clark’s music Tuesday 15/01 at 10PM in a program called ‘Clouds and Dreams’. Check out the Gene Clark website by seeing www.gene-clark.com."

Thanks for the heads up, Echoes website!
