that is a crap summary, gotta say. are you kidding me? never broke through to the CSN level...who came out 3 years after Love started...
Michael's book is great, though, in it's old incarnations...and I'll bet it's gotten nothing but better in its newer editions. |

I hope that "review" is not Helter Skelters' take on it, or blurb on the back cover! Talk about shooting oneself in the foot.
The main selling points are presented as: they never achieved their potential (well commercially, but they only created three of the greatest albums of all time); and secondly, they should have been called "Hate" not LoVE...very upbeat--now that'll sell a book right off.
Not to worry... it's always been about Love & the fans; and the fact that Michael wrote it, will sell itself.

You can only get it through Helter Skelter UK web site....it won't be available until Spring (May) in the USa...it must be a short run that they can't make it available to Amazon etc.
I haven't got it either yet-I hope this pressing doesn't run dry like the first.

It will be available in UK bookstores next month, but not in US sources such as Amazon until Spring. I wonder if it will hit US bookstores earlier?
You should be able to get it BEFORE you come over, Dukie! The get it signed hopefully. Wouldn't that be nice. Do you hope to met with Michael?

I don't know. It might be a bit much to ask. He has been so kind, I don't like to impose. In spite of his kindness in sharing with us, he is still a private person. Maybe...
He doesn't even have a copy for himself yet! If I can, I'll share his words to me about "Pegasus Epitaph"... in a bit.

Michael will be in the UK next month, and will check out the book stores, but no book signings.
He said if he does it will only be in Vegas.
