This is the alterate take that was mistakenly pressed for only the first day at the plant in 1971; it's only on the Hot Licks greatest hits double LP. (It also contains a rougher take of Brown Sugar...never officially released either...very cool.)
I have it and it lists for $800-1000...I never knew it back then of course. I just thought it was an alternate version like Country Honk. If you haven't watched Gimme Shelter much you might not have noticed this take as unusual.

I love it...no harmony, no solo lead, & that tack piano played by Jim Dickinson is very nice in the forefront, but is pushed back on the official release for Sticky Fingers with lead guitar taking over.
The official version most know... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVry-KKNTzg&feature=related
