Just received my November copy of Mojo and they list the top 60 Elektra albums. Forever Changes is 33rd, first album is 23rd and Da Capo 26th! Four Sail is not included.
Number 1 is Singing the Songs of Her Kentucky Mountain Family by Jean Ritchie and 2nd is Tom Paley's Folk Songs from the Southern Appalachian Mountains. I'm in shock! All these years and I haven't known what I'm missing!
Yeh but the worrying thing is that I hadn't been drinking! Must tell myself to concentrate harder!
Personally I think Four Sail is a great album although there are a couple of tracks I could live without. I can see why some don't like it if they were expecting another FC (but aren't all the albums different styles?).
