It's amazing what keeps turning up on Youtube. This clip shows the Beatles' classic Good Day Sunshine being begun by Noel Harrison, continued by Barbara McNair and completed by The Byrds. Despite the accompanying speculation to the contrary, the show dates from October 1967 and the lineup consists of Gene Clark, Roger McGuinn, Jimmy Seiter and a mystery drummer - rumoured by some to have been Ted Bluechel Jnr of The Association. Elsewhere in the show, the same combo can be seen miming to Mr Spaceman. It is strange to think that back in the studio at precisely this time, The Byrds were crafting some of their most innovative music ever.

Pretty cool. Where is Michael? Sick? Some Byrds fans on the comments
have their facts a bit off....Gene still with the band & TOURING after Notorious? Was Gene on a solo tour then?

I seems they covered more than one Beatle song...."I'm A Loser"....any
others?
