Linda R!.....her rendition of "when you wish upon a star" is AMAZING!
the end part , most singers don't go for the upper octive, but she hits it! it gives me chills, and what a sweet song.

How many steel players besides Sneaky ran their steel through a Leslie speaker to get that psychedelic sound..like on the Burritos first?!! He has a sound like no other .... magic.

On that day (the obituary. I was queuing in soho for Bob Dylan tickets. It certainly put a shade on the day.

Oh and we were about 50 from the last ticket.

Keep on shining

l.k. thanx for that video link !!!
although i couldn't get audio, i watched it and filled in the blanks.
so sad. what a talented artist! such a sharp mind full of creation, lost his brains to that awfull alzheimers disease.
i have collected most of his solo music, including the later " Burrito Brothers" cajun style , and "Burrito Deluxe" incarnations.
just happy to hear his pedal. he seems to have loved that terradactle/dinosaur
shirt. he wore it throughout the years! he must have designed it.

Here is a haunting video by director Tim Pope set to Nick Drake's River Man.

Catch the great clips & background sounds that give it an even more haunting beauty....

One of the more inventive and entertaining music videos in a long time...sent to me by rw.....4 million hits, it's getting around...and the CD has only been available here since March 10th.

"Her Morning Elegance" by Oren Lavie (Tel Aviv songwriter, filmmaker)
