Tina and I visited the summer sundae festival this weekend. She had on her tour shirt and we were stopped by people wanting to talk about Arthur and their sense of loss.
On Saturday evening, Calexico dedicated Alone Again Or to John Peel and Arthur. As soon as the intro began, people started running forward and many around us were singing along. Very moving.
Someone had expressed surprise that Tina still went to the festival, but we needed to be together to share our Arthur memories.
