KD: There you have it folks, straight from the horse's mouth
about Neil's "alledgedly going to produce Forever Changes".
Yea right. So much for certain people "re-writing history".

Isnt there an interview where he said there was 15 hours?

It's not helpful to ask loaded questions. If you know of such an interview, then please post a link or a verbatim transcript.

I know of such an interview from the posts here, and it is on a
dvd.[:), from the early 90s. I don't have the dvd, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.
Then there is the engineer from MCA whose comments are on
the web site.

Once again folks, "coulda woulda shoulda" . The engineer from MCA
is full of **** and that post should be taken down. It is not based
on logic, nor corresponds to any known facts taken from anyone who was present. Give me a break PLEASE ! Like Jimi would have recorded the tracks but Arthur chose to have one of his "new" guitarists "ape"
them and leave Jimi's tracks down in the mix. Yea right.

The logic sort of goes like this folks: "I know, I'll get the greatest guitarist ever known to record tracks for my new album,
but we won't actually use them. We'll get the new guy in hear to try
and replicate them instead !"

I've spoken to Arthur myself on this point and he refutes it. But oh, no, Waxie has a "gut feeling" on this, so he must be right, and Jazzman, myself and everyone else must be wrong !

I rest my case - but Waxie just won't leave it alone.

I just don't think it would be nice to take that post down. He is
the only one who actually listened to the tracks.
There may be many reasons why the tracks, if they exist, have not been released. I may be wrong, the key word being 'may'. I just like to form my own opinions My apologies to the historians.

Neil Young was too busy not showing up for Buffalo Springfield gigs at that time.
