Yeah, it originally came out (self-published I guess?) on cd-rom, and Michael signed them too. Then Helter Skelter published it.

The new edition is nice to have though as well, and as LK said has some additional material.

originally on cd-rom with photographs as I recall

was Michael originally given credit for Revelation? I always thought he received partial copyright on that wretched number

The new edition if you haven't got it is very nice. It has a new "intro" and a nice "outro". Very interesting. Michael sent me a signed copy. I'm happy! It's not quite as deluxe as the first edition (there are no photos in the 2nd edition--budget restraints I suppose).

I just glad that it was published... out here!

Bryant Park is the best, 5th and 42nd behind the New York Public Library. Free skating rink there as well. Yoga in the park, library

you missed John's birthday earlier in the month, otherwise I'd have recommended Strawberry Fields/the Dakota!

Washington Square Park is cool on Sundays if you play guitar

Actually any time of day if you play guitar Though don't be expecting to be hearing street musicians playing "The Daily Planet" riff!

I am staying with a friend on Broadway thanks Joe, not far from J&R Music. A walk across the Brooklyn Bridge is planned for today, with a beer at Pedro's, before returning to Manhattan and more sightseeing in Lower Manhattan.

Ahhhh...nice. Jorma!

I'll bet there is Giant mania! Did you get to see a game?

Baseball moves a bit faster than cricket.

Don't worry...that's for USA (amazon) and it is only to be available in Spring here. But if you ordered it from Helter Skelter, they may have run out already. Being a very small publisher they tend to print as they go in case the sales don't pan out. Patience!
It has been released.

Strangely, I was at Tottenham Court Road underground station today....just one stop along from Donovan's Sunny Goodge Street.

Down the way from the Tottenham Court Road
Just round the corner from old Soho
There's a place where the publishers go
If you don't know which way to go
Just open your ears and follow your nose
'Cos the street is shakin' from the tapping of toes
You can hear that music play anytime on any day
Every rhythm, every way
You got to a publisher and play him your song
He says 'I hate your music and you hair is too long
But I'll sign you up because I'd hate to be wrong'
You've got a tune it's in your head you want to get it placed
So you take it up to a music man just to see what he will say
He says 'I hate the tune, I hate the words but I'll tell you what I'll do
I'll sign you up and take it round the street and see if it makes the grade'
And you might even hear it played on the rock 'n' roll hit parade
Daytime, night time, every week you can hear that heavy beat
Now the walls are shaking from the tapping of feet
Daytime, night time, every day you can hear that music play
Every rhythm, every way
