I was really hoping this show wouldn't be canceled. I was looking so forward to seeing the band, even without Arthur. I did see them with Arthur last Fall in NYC and again the next night in Collingswood, NJ. Johnny was there and both Arthur and Johnny (and Mike and Dave Chapple) signed my FC LP cover. Even though NYC is 100 miles away from where I live, I'd drive there again in a heart beat to see them.
This is so disappointing. I was thinking no news is good news, but this is the reality of the LOVE soap opera. Still, if they play I will come, and with all I can gather to show support.
I'm really disappointed too - it was the only free night I have during my short trip to NYC. I really hope they can reschedule it at a different venue on the same date.
Caryne-I didn't buy a ticket at B.B. King's on your (and the board's) advice. Thank You for that . But I'm still very disappointed-I was really hoping for this gig
