Well yeah, I don't think i need to persuade anyone who bought tickets to come to this, after the great tour so far. But if there still is people who are thinking of not going, WAKE UP! In the end of the day, your seeing a great band, with an origonal member of Love in it!
Hope to see you there tonight

What a fantastic show!!! I didn't think I was going to say this, but it actualy was the best I have ever seen love. Everything was slick and together, the atmosphere was amazing, and the band apeard to be so relaxed and really enjoying it. Rusty really gave the best performance, And Johney Echols was out of this world, how good was Dave Chapple's harmonica!
Ofcorse I hope Arthur gets well soon, but trust me, this tour is not a step backwards for love. Thanks to everyone I spoke to (one very well dressed man who was also a fellow guitarist, and a man wanting to know how someone of my age (16) is into a band like love).
After the show i managed to speak to Johney (who signed my Da Capo) which I still havn't quite got over yet. What a legend, and what a gig!
I carn't remember the set exactly, but I know they played these songs, in loose order:

YMAMBT, Alone Again or, House is not a motel, orange skys, live and let live, andmoreagin, the red telephone, bummer in the summer, you set the scene, I que Vida, old man, my love comes in colours, My little red book, --- signed DC, Revelation, 7 and 7 is

But like I said I don't think this is in order, so if anyone knows the real order that would be ace.

Thanks evreyone

Martin x

PS. im not 100% about I que vida, I always get it mixed up with the castle.

It was definitely Que Vida, Martin. They also did Can't Explain and The Good Humour Man, possibly others?

I have seen Love twice before at The Stables and, unless it was my imagination, the audience were much more "up for it" and involved than on the previous occasions. I think the band interacted with the audience more and this really helped with the atmosphere.

Personally, I thought the highlight was Johnny's interpretation of Signed DC, with the slightly different lyrics. However, all of the band played their part and it was a great gig. As others have already said, they are well worth seeing without Arthur so, if you have a ticket for an upcoming gig and are wondering what to do, take the plunge and go! You won't regret it.

Yeah your right, i thought i missed a couple out. Thanks.
Yeah I thought the audience was better than last time they did the Stables to. I think there was a realy good feel to it all. Maybe it was because it was in the summer time,

It's taken me a few days to get my act together and post about the Milton Keynes concert. I can only echo what most people have said about the current band - GO AND SEE THEM. This was a band that were so obviously enjoying themselves and their playing was just so tight it was unbelievable. They worked as a team to make sure the crowd was entertained and blasted their way through the set. My only complaint was I was just warming up when they finished. Not that I'm really complaining I was just enjoying it so much the time just flew by.

Revelation was brilliant - I'll be honest and say it's not one of my favourite tracks but played live it was just sublime.

I'm just really disappointed that I can't get to any other gigs although I still have a glimmer of hope that I could get to the rescheduled London one on Thursday.
