Powerful, heartfelt, or uplifting...individually or all at once. Share some..

Something I shared with signedRW and thought I'd share it with you all...cheers, lk

Quite moving, and this teenaged sister team can SING.

2011 Polar Awards. Play it loud as audio is a bit low, but HQ still...
their harmonies are described as only possible by siblings and often compared to the Everly Brothers for their tight and close harmony. What maturity. And their originals are amazing too.

Dancing Barefoot - First Aid Kit (Patti Smith cover)

And this one for Emmylou Harris at the 2015 Polar Awards. Ha! They grew up! For Emmy & Gram, the love of her life...so touching.
Goosebumps. Tears again....sweet Emmylou.

First Aid Kit - Emmylou (Live pΠPolar Music Prize 2015)

Can't think of a better duo today, by the way.

Definitely echoes of Simon & Garfunkel...

Speaking of Emmylou...

Speaking of Townes...

From Heartworn Highways live
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kFh4DebJAfs

When newlywed, Townes closed himself up in the broom closet to write his first song. He finally emerged. His bride said she expected a romantic song (newlywed n' all)...he wrote Waiting' Ropund To Die.

One of my all time favorite songs and artists as you all know..and one of the most heart wrenchingly beautiful songs ever sung or written...

GENE CLARK-Past Addresses

The Firebyrd....although The Byrds had some pretty amazing albums after Gene, they were never quite the same after GENE!

Wow! I liked that a lot, but who is she? A quick Google search (even on Amazon.nl) suggests that this song is all she's ever done!

I am hoping we see a lot more from Laura Van Eeden - here she is in a live session performance..

She is amazing. The confidence in her performance...like a true veteran performer!

I don't know who she is either!
