Finally - Neil signs my Buff Poster this afternoon at Warner Brothers Records !!
I was invited to one of the legendary Neil young Record release listening parties.
His October release “Psychedelic Pill”- a double Crazy Horse explosion.

Was Elated to attend this afternoons' Neil Young " Psychedelic Pill" 2-cd listening party at WBR . The album has the signature "Crazy Horse" sound and opens with the longest song ever recorded by Neil " Drifting away" ( clocks in over 25 mins) a slow dirge that has anti- MP3 message- mentions the maharishi and the sorry state of the record industry. Includes a homage to his home town "Ontario"- as a heavily orchestrated ballad, Great son called "she Burns/She Dances"- a ditty about a Giant roaming the forest with thunderous bass drum effects resonating.
Neil was gracious enough to sign this HUGE 1967 record store poster Buffalo Springfield Again"- Heading to the framer now.
I'm so thrilled to be invited to one of these legendary WBR listening events. Amazing that Neil is so passionate about his music that he wants us to spread the word about it- Hence this post. THANK GOD FOR NEIL YOUNG !!"
witnessed neil & crazy horse last weekend @ outside lands in sf. the new stuff (especially the song about the giant) is fantastic as was the old stuff - this is the horse we've been waiting for! can't wait for the new (double!) cd and another massive set @ the patriot center in november.
