A Dime contributor has started uploading what he says are sixty, yes sixty, Love shows dating back to 1970. I'm just listening to the earliest:June,12 1970 Municipal Auditorium San Antonio,Texas
1. Stand Out 3:48 2. Good Times 4:14 3. Nothing 6:05 4. August 5:27 5. Doggone 6:39 6. Gather Round 6:29 7. Love Is More Than Words 4:41 8. Singing Cowboy 6:34 9. Andmoreagain 3:48
It's a distant audience recording, rough quality but a great set list. Sadly he has nothing from the classic early line-ups so the wait goes on! Here's the link: http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=374789

There is so much live Love available that I haven't been much motivated to Dime-ify some of the tapes I made myself during the 96 tour. My personal favorite is Malmo, just because I have great memories of that stop on the tour. But if there's some show in particular from 96 you'd like to hear, let me know.

You mean something like this?
Wasn't Rainbow in the Storm sold (if only briefly) at some Love gigs? If so, I'm not sure I could upload it to Dime without violating their policies. And also I'm not sure if the rest of the band and Diane would be cool with that.
Does this Messageboard have a files section for uploading?

very cool, jazmaan! agree that it's best not shared on Dime unless the parties involved are OK with it. |

Oops. It turns out that the pictured demo CD does not contain Rainbow in the Storm. It does contain Love on Earth Must Be, and All I Want Is You. Still, can anyone verify that an EP disc was sold in the lobby on one of the later tours and what songs were on it? I'm sure I do have a studio version of Rainbow somewhere |

"Love on Earth must be" contained the following tracks: Rainbow in the storm All I want is you Love me Message to Pretty Feathered Fish. Produced by Arthur Lee. Cover Photos and Design : Nick Koff. Engineer : John Wood. I can remember buying my copy at the Borderline in London in 2004 when Love played as the Andmoreagains.... |

Seems strange they wouldn't include the title track since the studio version does exist. |
