Big series comin up in Beautown at The Fens. Its Ellsbury, Pedroia,
Gonzalez, Youk, Papi against Jeter, Granderson, Tex, Cano and Swisher.
Sox are favored, but we are ready to take em down.

Hey there, fellow member of Red Sox nation!I too will be getting more and more heated about the local Sox teh deeper and deeper we get into the pennant race. The Sox lost the opener last night, but we'll get'em.Damn Yankees!did you alos enjoy the Bruins Stanley cup win or are you an out of towner who enjoys watching the great Sox from elsewhere because you don't have too much to root for where you are?I'm up in Lynn,Massachusetts, just twenty minutes up route 1A from Boston.Whenever one of the local athltic squads is doing well, the vibe spreads well in my area in the form of horns honking everywhere when we win a championship.Strange,I didn't hear it when the B's won,but it DID happen all the other times.I've said it before right here, sports is absolute RELIGION in this neck of the woods.RIP Johnny Most and Ted Williams!

All tied up,just as it should be. This is not just any regular season series. Probably no one else cares except Sox and Yankee fans. This is the greatest rivalry in all of sports.

I do remember Fred Lynn. He was a phenom and had an outstanding rookie season. He never quite played up to the hype, but all in all, a very sucessfull career.
Oh yeah, anything can happen in the playoffs.
But I don't think I've ever seen such a powerful one, two , three
batters as the current Sox lineup has.

You know,I was asking myself that when I heard he was coming on tv after the commercials. Then when he was introduced as "SOx HAll of Famer".But I don't know if that means the SOx hall or the big one.Deserves both.At least the local. We traded him and Carlton Fisk in '81.(What the F***!!!!)WE should have had them both in '86 and we DEFINITELY would have taken the Mets!We overcame Fred Lynn and the California Angels from down 1-3 in the ALCS that year.Remember game five. The golf swing Dave Henderson homer?WOW!!

Yanks took care of business last nite winning 5-2. That song is pure bush, and them plunking Cervelli for celebrating his home run in their park is bush, but its what they do.

So many of the Sox have that look, like they wanna kill ya, Becketts
got it , Youkalis has it, but that Pedroia, he just looks like a miserable rodent.

"This song is way older than red sox nation, or fenway faithful. It goes; back to the royal rooters of the 1800's "Nuf Ced" McGreevy was the first sox superfan. A song this good, was associated with our team for that long."

We'll always remember 2004...as I'm sure all Yankee fans will!!!!

So really, who's tougher...Celtics (punks) rule!!

This IS the greatest rivalry in all sports. The city of Boston is tremendous. I find it very liveable.
But the Yankees have class, honor, and respect and the great pinstripe tradition.

And oh yeah, Youkalis looks like a white supremacist.

All in fun, but sometimes I can't resist a good jab.
