so can one go to america, download X tracks and pay less on a UK card? no because it's where the card lives that counts.
so if one took out a US based credit card...

just a thought

no it's where the cardholder lives

Money making scheme for you USA people - an accomodation address for us to have credit card accounts. we'd do the biz on internet, track account and pay etc...
Must be worth it - hmm could be money-laundering

Keep on shining

rolling stone is lame. every publication is years behind the real deal. 10 years from now they'll report that LOVE with Arthur Lee are good! but, you kow what?...i'm glad that LEE isn't in the same catagory as bla...bla...bla....mtv, hiphop, rap, neo-r&b, mainstream "punk","alternative"phony corporate everything sounds the same studio mafia stupid music!
