Neil was originally brought in to co-produce with Botnick, something in that capacity, but that didn't pan out. Prior obligations to Buffalo Springfield. Would that have been something....some country psych twang in the mix?? I don't know how much he would have influenced Arthur, but the sound might have been changed a little. What do you think?? Fate just seems to take shape & masterpieces are created, sometimes with powers beyond the creator himself.
