When someone rips off another artist...thats called plagurism. Now when an 'rips off' his/her own...thats called STYLE. Arthur's version fits into the later!. I say the best version of this song is the one ARTHUR did on his 1981 album with VELVERT TURNER and JOHN STERLING on guitars
