I wore a shirt to work that a co-worker called psychological---when I called him on it , he said he meant pschedelic. Then he said they're almost the same thing. I think there's a difference.
Hmm... In reality, (IMHO) they are almost the same thing. But--modern "psychology" being what it is (which is to say, largely horseflop)--I don't think the two should be confused. How was that for confusing?
