I think the most appropriate song for Christmas 2020 (and one of my favourite Christmas songs anyway) is Mud's "Lonely This Christmas", the sentiments of which will apply to millions staying alone at home
this year. The late Les Gray is not perhaps taking it as seriously as he might in this recording:
