This is one for the Brits here.

Anyone else been watching BBC's Life On Mars? Tongue-in-cheek humour and hommages to The Sweeney etc aside, this show would be the highlight of my week just for the music.

Each time I find myself seeing how many of the songs I have in my collection (must be nearly all!). Come on, how often can you switch on the box and get Wishing Well by Free and then later have the end credits roll over Atomic Rooster's Head In The Sky?

If they released a soundtrack album to this, it would be a compulsory purchase for anyone wanting to know what was so great about early 70s rock.

Did you pick up the start of Gypsy by Uriah Heep this week? A much maligned band - for me, their Salisbury album is a classic.
