If you are a fan of the Bonzo Dog Band then you MUST see the DVD of "Do Not Adjust Your Set". It contains numerous performances by the Bonzos including "Hunting Tigers Out in India", "Hello Mabel", "The Equestrian Statue", "Monster Mash" and many more! Do yourself a favor and find this DVD! (I rented it from Blockbuster Online).

One of the Do Not Adjust Your Set ones now on YouTube, Look Out There's a Monster Coming, as it says absolutely wonderful:

Also there's a Canyons of Your Mind from Colour Me Pop which is also hilarious:

plus some others which come up as related or on a search.

I used to rush home from school to catch this programme and the Bonzo's spots were a real highlight, is Canyons of Your Mind or Mr Apollo on the DVD? I can particularly remember those two performances.

Neil Innes has a Bonzo Dog reunion concert on at The Astoria, London on Saturday, support act The Rutles. I tried to get a ticket a month ago but had already sold out. There's also a feature on the band with interviews in the new Record Collector.

You've just made me go all misty-eyed, Jazmaan.. I remember it well from my (mis-spent?) youth. I didn't know that there was a DVD - I will investigate ASAP and pass on the news to others who I know will salivate just as much as I am. THANK YOU for the tip-off. Hope that you are keeping well.
Best wishes, Mike.
