Posted - 08/06/2005 : 23:53:12 I RECENTLY HAD THE PLEASURE OF SEEING BOB WEIR'S RATDOG,A GRATEFUL DRAD SPINOFF BAND. I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT.WEIR WAS NOT MY FAVORITE DEAD-MEMBER BUT SHOWS FOR PEOPLE OF MY AGE AND TASTE ARE GETTING FEWER SO I TOOK A CHANCE.I WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED.THE BAND WAS EXTREMELY TIGHT AND THE MOSTLY DEAD-INSPIRED SET LIST WAS MAGNIFICENT.WEIR'S SINGING WAS GREAT AND THE WAY HE PLAYS THAT RYTHM GUITAR WAS AMAZING.THE SOUND WAS SPECTACULAR TOO.HE DID QUITE A FEW DYLAN TUNES INCLUDING "SHE BELONGS TO ME".IF HE'S IN YOUR AREA DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHECK EM' OUT! |

Sorry can someone tell me what an 'age related' show actually is....I thought people of any age can go to anything..where does age come into it? |
