From time to time,I dust off my purchased used cd copy of "Harvest".Nothing less than a masterpiece!And lately,I've been really into the Neil Young penned Buffalo Springfield treat,"Expecting to Fly".This recording in particular was way...WAY ahead of its time in all of its psychedelic glories and its terrifically well expressed musical wonderment.The luscious string arrangements boldly enrapture the listener with a precise soundscape of the possibilities of the more progressive aritists of the times which were was also,of course,greatly evidenced by none other than our own beloved LOVE. |
