Hey Wax n' all who want to do this.....this is EASY! I'm just giving detailed instructions you may not need. It's pretty straightforward.
I use imageshack but there are several good sites. You do not need to join to do this, unless you want to access the image there later.
I never do.
1) First of all open another browser window to work between uploading images, and your Torben message window...
2) Drag or type in http://imageshack.us/ to the little URL window at the top of the second browser window you just opened, and enter (press return or whatever is on a PC)to open the Imageshack site.
3) Click the "BROWSE" (gray) button--a widow will open to choose your mp3 or gif image.....wherever it's located on your PC or Mac.
4) Click on the image you want to upload and click "CHOOSE" at lower right hand corner.
5) Click the blue button "UPLOAD NOW"
6) It will upload (it may take longer if it is a large file, but try to keep it not TOO LARGE for Torb's site) and a new window will open with choices...
--Double Click and drag the "forum code" to your first browser window that has your forum message window open to post here.
7) click POST message.....you are finished!
Note: As you can see there are some extra text above and below the image ...you can delete that stuff before posting if you like or NOT .....just keep the the stuff between & including [IMG....IMG/]
and get rid of the other bracketed text.

If anyone has questions and if I wasn't clear enough...just ask...I'll clarify if I can.
