Posted - 22/05/2011 : 13:45:01 picked up that lp yesterday, comes with a free download code for your ipod. saw them @ the state theatre in falls church, va in the early 00's (same place i saw love for the 1st time!) where did i put that eyeball tshirt? they are a whole entirely different musical universe that i can only visit occasionally! |

Which wasn't original in its own right - those photos set in shadow owe a LOT to Astrid Kischers pix of the Beatles over in Hamburg!
ah, Hamburg Days! kinda like boot camp for our boys (minus Ringo, plus Stu/Pete)

Posted - 21/05/2011 : 15:57:52 Can we get a post here?Now I'm usually very skeptical about ANYBODY touching on something from the Fab catalog without butchering the originals like the Beatles did to those dolls on the initial "Yesterday..and Today" sleeve,but curiosity ALWAYS gets the better of me in these cases.I know I could probably look for this on You Tube myself,but i think it would be wonderful if everyone here could see this and I'm computer literate enough to know how to transfer videos.I know you're good on these things,Lemonade Kid. |
