I've got his first and third album on vinyl, that track is from his second.

Heard about him from Malcolm Galloway, used to run Funhouse Records and do mail order, specialised in hard to obtain psych/garage material.
They were private pressings. First album was very psych influenced, here's a long track with lots of great guitar work in it:
