Posted - 24/06/2010 : 18:52:49 Here's to those crooners that sing their hearts out, but maybe don't achieve their due credit. Jay Black (of Jay and the American fame) -just for Cara Mia alone, anyone who can hit those notes and maintain the melody is worthy. Also, "She Cried" is quite the tune.
Linda Ronstadt- just so versatile, sweet, melodious and pure, but maybe she has achieved a good amount of recognition.
Any others out there.

Genen Clark solo especially! How many Byrds fan ever listened to a solo Gene Clark album...we know but really, no one knows him except to say, "oh yeah, wasn't he in the Byrds".
