It's hard to say what a good starting point as some of their albums are quite different.

My recommendation would be Take It From The Man .

If you go to their web-site you can download all their albums for free. You just have to install Winamp.Try before you buy!!!

I have two: Strung Out In Heaven, which is cool, & And This Is Our Music, that's even better. You probably can't go wrong though.
Haven't caught them live yet, but they don't seem to be heading out my way this go-round.
