Doubtless there are others who can thank/blame the Beeb for starting them out on the rocky road to where we are today. A long strange trip. In the circumstances, watching Mr.Lovejoy play acoustic would be the icing on my cake. Here's hoping! |

I cheekily wrote in asking the name of the theme music and still have the postcard they sent me with Da Capo details on it. teehee

'The Castle' was my first encounter with Love's music as a kid in the '60's when it was used as the theme tune for the BBC's travel show 'Holiday', presented by Cliff Michelmore in good old 'black and white'. I guess this was'nt long after it had been released. Live? Er, yes please! Couldn't agree more, Lizzyb - this MUST happen. Misty eye time.. |

Sounds amazing - can't imagine how mike manages to see the opportunities. what an optimist, but you have all of us rooting for you (I'm sure no-one disagrees) - absolutely brilliant
