I can only tease you all with this great cover by the Electric Prunes of 7 & 7 Is.....it is on the 2002 "their 3rd official album by the original Electric Prunes"...all finally reunited again on their Prunetwang label. ARTIFACT is a brilliant album BTW>http://www.cduniverse.com/search/xx/music/pid/1269592/a/Artifact.htm

Oh here is a short teaser clip, but you can get the feel of this unique and totally different cover of 7 & 7 Is...

Have you heard their ad for the Vox Wah Wah pedal? http://www.zshare.net/audio/8507945674f5e33d/

We can spend all day arguing that Love’s Forever Changes is the greatest album of all time. But let’s not argue, it is.

I saw them on that tour too - great night. And I'd agree, Artifact is a very good album, with a Grape guesting on there too. I also bought the tour edition best of at the gig, which is played a lot.

lk, you are absolutely on the spot! this is a fantasic version of 7&7. i bought the cd without even knowing this was on it, and still remember when i first heard it - definitely shows another angle to the song, which is what the best covers do...
