Has anyone got any update info on the rumoured release of the Vince Flaherty & Love cd's? Apparently these feature the original Love line-up of Johnny Echols, Brian Maclean, Ken Forssi & Don Conka.
There's sadly no Arthur Lee but Vince Flaherty (an old friend of the band)is on vocals whilst Jimi Hendrix allegedly plays on a few tracks!!

I'd love to hear some of this unreleased stuff - anyone else??

Chris.

Thanks for the update Rockstar.

I've found a link to clips of some of the featured tracks on Torben's main site. It's all sounding good.

I see that Gene Clark and Daryl Dragon also play on a couple of the tracks

I really hope that these CD's get an official release, especially considering that no other unreleased material by the original line-up has surfaced recently.

I got a reply from teh web site that Rhino and Cherry Red Records were interested in releasing the album. Although I've also heard the evil empire at Experience Hendrix Inc. are interested in not seeing it released.
