Seems strange now, but I SPY was a groundbreaker starring COS...

Haven't seen it. No desire to really--any good?
Wild Wild West...haven't seen the movie remake either.
Wild Wild West was the strangest but really most fun 60's TV spy series.
Season 1 Episode 1...1965--started as b&w TV How Jim West got his own private train. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RCQhIJpRxS0

Love them all...Wild, Wild West is currently airing in our area. Kind of like James Bond in 1860's America. Maybe a bit authoritarian at times but silly fun and has the spirit of the 1960's. Remember Dr. Loveless anyone?

WWW was one of my favorite shows. I thought it was really innovative. All that stuff brings up a host of other shows you guys may or may not know (I'm thinking 'local' tv shows too)..
Howdy Doody Show, Andy's Gang, Rocky Jones Space Ranger, Lassie, Rin-Tin-Tin, Wagon Train, Rawhide, Gunsmoke, Sugarfoot, Maverick, College Bowl, Robin Hood (w Richard Greene) for atv shows Nottingham and Sherwood Forest looked real good, Ozzie and Harriet Show. And spewaking of that last one, wasn't that show kind of the first to have rock'nr'roll singers???? I mean Ricky had a great platoform there each week! ok let me know some more I missed. As the Byrds sang, we're 'Goin' Back". |

Like an Orwellian West Side Story for a sec! The TZ was 'fab' just like the Beatles..
And regarding Hitch I've been 'reviewing' his flicks one by one...he is the master. I've learned much about film through him. |

The TZ was always a favorite, with many famous actors early in their careers. A young Robert Redford played the devil. John Carridine, and Burgess Meredith were in a few.
But I can remember running home at about 7:30 Friday nights just to watch this:
