| Tonight (8.00pm) on Channel 4 here in the UK.Listings have Arthur down as a contributor.Will 'FC' make the top ten?Do most Ch4 viewers even know of it's existence?Could be one of those warped polls me thinks...didn't Spike Milligan only make the lower 40's on their 100 Greatest Comedians? Look out for Robbie Williams in the Top Ten!Aaaaarrghh...! |

I wish FC would have been higher but at least it brings them to the TV viewing public's attention. My nephew just phoned up and said he now knows who it is I've been going on about all these years - he said he didn't realise they were American! Ah, the young.......

| At least FC made it, and the current and vintage Arthur footage was good, and may pull in a few more fans...no Blood On The Tracks, no Astral Weeks, cough, splutter, bleep, bleep, bleep....I guess most of the 400000 who voted were in the younger age range - nice to see that FC has sustained its appeal better than others - all the gigging may be paying off. Lets hope that there's more televised concert footage soon. Roll on the next tour! |
