I agree that it is awful but you asked for tribute and it is already exists, CD was released in 1994 in grunge era, so this cover-versions are a bit too heavy...By the way, this is A. Lee's comment from booklet:

| For me, some were good some weren't and I liked the quote from Arthur. Of course, I'm sure if an orchestra like the Hollywood Strings did the covers we'd get a "easy listening" and smoothed out sound look at Love songs. Covers go with the times and the groups/bands/orchestras.. |

although I'm not a fan of that tribute album, and not even interested in it, I hope that if even just one person was inspired enough to be changed into enjoying the original LOVE recordings, then, that's good.
The Arthur's Circle tribute is love for LOVE, and I await more attention to Arthur Lee And LOVE!

| I just picked up the 3 10 inch version of this up in Cedar City Utah of all places. There are some horrid versions, BUT some are wonderful. We had a couple other Love fiends over and had a blast listining to it. |
