 band came one 9.30 and played till 11.15ish...
excellent gig, if not the euphoric brilliance of love in liverpool a few months ago (crowd was maybe a little older? no less enthusiastic though)
arthur seemed in good form, telling some band jokes, and even talking to a guy on a mobile phone passed to him from the crowd!
should particularly mention a brilliant version of signed DC.. the harmonica parts on it reminded me of dylan on a good day ended with mike randle
patting arthur affectionately on the shoulder.
