I suppose this is a "safe" topic. Torben can delete if he feels otherwise.
The following gigs can be found, either in part or in full, at a couple of websites I'll list below. (sorry, couldn't get the /img tags to work so went with url instead)
I haven't finished tagging them yet, but I'm guessing ~70% of the gigs are complete, another ~20% nearly complete, and bits & pieces of the remaining ~10%.
About ~98% are in 320kbps. I'm sure some or all were available in lossless at some point, but I obviously missed that.
The two sites in question aren't torrent sites. Nor are they the usual file-sharing sites like FileFactory, etc. Weirdly, you have to download 1 song at a time. Thankfully, they download directly from the site, and it's pretty quick unless the sites are temporarily down.
Let's see -- the usual disclaimers:
1) I didn't upload them
2) Downloading them is free
3) No signs of malware or anything nasty that I encountered
4) All the gigs I listed in the 3 photos above have never been officially released, to my knowledge, so you wouldn't be stealing from Arthur's estate.
5) Obviously, I'm not making a cent off this.
6) You will see plenty of officially released stuff on there -- don't steal it!
The primary site (and the easier of the 2 to "sort") is http://taringamp3.com/
I was able to plug many "holes" at the 2nd site: http://mp3.pm/
Oddly, the songs missing from a particular gig would usually be found at the 2nd site -- there wasn't that much overlap between the two sites.
Neither site lets you click on an artist etc. You have to enter a text search into the large text box, then sift through what appears below. There are download buttons next to each song. It took me several hours to figure how best to enter the text search so as to find what I was looking for at the "top" of the resultant list of files.
For instance, if you want the 2002 Brighton gig, you'd enter (at Taringa) the following into the text box:
Arthur Lee 2002 Brighton
When you're done with Taringo, go to the other site to fill the gaps. There you just enter an artist into the text box. Note that you will get different results if you enter "Arthur Lee and Love" as opposed to "Arthur Lee & Love".
I can tell you the entire process was tedious & time consuming, but, if you're determined (as I was ), the payoff is pretty nifty.
You'll figure out the best way to search Taringa after you've done it a while. Also, Taringa went down or got very slow a couple of times -- just try again the next day.
All in all, working in my spare time, it took me about a week to cull it all.
Could be there's nobody here interested in pursuing this, but I wanted to post somewhere without splattering it all over FB...enjoy.
I'll leave the SmugMug pics up for a month or so.

Thanks to board member Stewart for this link:
That is definitely the best site to start with. However, all 3 sites mentioned in this thread are needed to gather the goodies.
In the final stages of text-entry permutations & searches, culling & cobbling, but at this point I'm only missing a total of ~5-10 songs from the gigs I've found.
Additional gigs found since I posted the SmugMug photos:
1/27/89 Summer of Love
5/1/02 Knitting Factory
