Good to hear from you Johnny 
In '70, I lived on Wonderland. Right next door to Carole King. I would drive up to the top of Wonderland where it met with Lookout...there was a great view of the city, and on clear days, you could actually see Catalina. At that flat spot on top of Wonderland, a fellow lived on the street side that restored old Jaguars. Do you remember him? And didn't Arthur live up that dirt road above Lookout? Did Michael and you live around the corner from Wonderland? I used to meet lots of people from all over the country at Lookout (we called it Lookout Mountain)...perfect strangers-yet we all got along...just getting high.

I'm sure most Love fans have heard about Arthur's dog Self, but knew little about him.
I have to say this was one of the funniest stories I've read in years, it had me laughing out loud for real. One of my favorite things about "Love" was the way these guy's were with each other. Contrary to some of the stuff I've read, when they were all together
they really seemed to enjoy themselves.
